Kristi brings over 15 years of experience across customer service, administration, and management, with a genuine passion for supporting people and delivering exceptional client care. In her role in Client Care and Administration at Skills to Grow, she plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day to day running of operations while creating a positive, seamless experience for clients and their families.

With a strong background in team leadership and operational management, Kristi is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships. She is committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment where our little friends and families feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for.

Kristi is a proud mum to three boys and leads an active lifestyle. She enjoys spending time at the gym, relaxing at the beach, and making the most of quality time with her family, values that naturally carry through into her work each day.
